Why do I get camped so damn much?

I mean, I get it when I'm playing Quinn versus something like Riven or Darius. Of course you're going to camp me. But when I'm ranged v range? Or when I'm melee v melee? Or when I'm melee v ranged?

It doesn't matter which one it is, I'm camped nearly every game...

It doesn't matter if I counterpicked them or they counterpicked me...

It doesn't matter when I ward, camped. If they realize my ward spotted them, they come around the long way.

It doesn't matter if I'm wrecking level 1 and about to get a solo kill; camped. It doesn't matter if I'm getting beaten level 1 and need to farm under tower; level 3 tower dive, bush camped when I tp back to lane. It doesn't matter if I'm just farming passively in lane and nothing is happening; camped.

It seems like 75% of my games I get camped by the enemy jungler. Regardless of whether the ganks work or not, regardless of whether I have summs or not, regardless how the matchup is going, regardless of how the rest of the map is playing out. The enemy jungler ALWAYS camps top and my jungler rarely prioritizes it first (although when they start coming to respond we typically win those games).

I don't overpush my lane constantly (some games I do, because I'm trying to mix it up). At their tower, in the middle of the lane, frozen at my tower? Camped either way.

I just don't get it. What makes a jungler decide to camp someone? I don't speak in all chat (or at all). I don't have a provocative name. I don't stream. I'm not a smurf. I'm not the highest rank in the game. I'm not the lowest rank in the game. I'm not taking ignite top (although my lane opponents do sometimes). As far as I can tell, I'm not doing anything wrong. I just get camped. What's the secret to getting the enemy jungler to ignore you?

I'm not even complaining about losing. Of course I'm posting this after losing two games where I got ganked early and often, but that's beside the point. I've been noticing this for a while. Win or lose, it SUCKS. You can't play half the game when you're forced to sit back under tower. I'm typically a great CS'er and it sucks to fall so far behind in CS so often just because you have to give up so much to the enemy jungler.

Is it just because so many top laners multi-queue? Are there statistics on this? It seems most times the enemy top and jungle have good synergy (and a lot of time they have the same club tag). Does something like 75% of top laners queue in a group with a jungler? Should I just give up on Normal Draft and go to ranked solo queue? It's still duo though, so I don't think it's going to solve my problem...

Because you were an easy target to get them fed by not warding/looking at map..?

Except I've literally had an enemy jungler gank me 4 times in a row, both jungler and Lane opponent use flash and i don't, and i don't die.

Like sure, when they kill me fine it was smart i messed up. When I'm surviving and not even using summoners though? Still getting camped.

I typically get camped because I'm literally the only lane not getting shit on.

Just don't over extend the champion's safe zone on ability to make it back to tower safely. You could also try warding bit farther out to you can get more reaction time to get back to tower once you see a someone wanted to gank you. And never over-extend if another laner is MIA for sure.

Like a lot of the time I'm playing J4. Now maybe people just don't know his cooldowns or how good e-q is at escaping ganks. I'll often draw a gank and e-q through them to safety.

It's not even that I'm dying due to a camp. It's not even always that i can't get solo kills (it is sometimes though). It's mostly that i can't even farm... like i want to play too. I have flash. I have my cooldowns. I have decent health. But all i can do is q farm from max range because the enemy jungler just sits in the warded bush for what feels like 5 minutes but is probably only 45 seconds... then he gets bored of waiting and runs at me and does a bit of damage (maybe half tower dives to chunk me) and i have to recall. Like a lot of ganks don't kill me, i just have to back a lot early game which denies me a reasonable laning phase.

If you're getting camped either try to ask your jungler for help or try to tell your team to take advantage of low jungle presence in mid and bot. Camping a lane can be just as bad for the team you do it for if they spend a lot of time in your lane and end up losing objectives like dragon and first tower

He comes back for more when he doesn't even get my summoners but his ally burns flash trying to catch me... :/

As I'm saying, i'd get it if i was dying and /or had summoners down, but that's not always the case (probably 80% i don't die and 50% i don't even use summoners) and they still come back.

I also don't say anything in all chat - only exception is sometimes I'll respond in all chat to a glhf or a joke (so basically nothing bad, and actually those games where people chat i tend to not get camped actually...
