Please Give Ranked Bans This Season

I've been posting this concept for years, and I'd be sick of it if not for the fact that it remains necessary. For those of us in low Bronze, we could really use the half-punishment of "ranked bans" to help clean up the field. It logically has the most trolls, afks, and feeders of any division because there's no where else for them to go.

As a means of attempting to provide reasonable gameplay for those of us attempting to claw our way out of the swamp, it would be incredibly helpful to have players - who may be earnest - but are significantly hampering other people to be removed from the gameplay they seemingly can't contribute to.

In practice, this isn't different than what happens in other divisions. No one thinks of getting demoted to Silver as being banned from Gold, but it's creating the same conditions. If you feed too much in a non-Bronze division, you're banned from ranked in that division. I'm asking for the same thing within the parameters of the existing infrastructure.
