Of getting stomped by ranged toplaners. What can I pick to not have my ass handed to me? Tired of having a quarter of life lifebar vanish everytimes they proc thunderlords, tired our getting outscaled AND outtanked by fucking Graves. A little advice please.
As far as tanks go, Malphite laughs at Graves and all other AD champions. If their team is particularly AD-heavy, they will hate you.
If that's not an option or just isn't fun, one thing you can do is play a marksman or mage with even bigger range than they have (Caitlyn, Lux, etc.), or someone with a level of self-sustain like Kayle. Just try to go for someone who has snares, roots, or some other strong way of escaping enemies and protecting themselves, because having a non-tank in top lane tends to cause it to become much less of an island than it usually is.
