Gold card - Ability CD is doubled

Red card - Ability CD is the same

Blue card - Ability CD is halved

Like ffs man, the fact hes pretty much charging up another stun right after the first one finishes is retarded, also, the amount of time he has to throw it after picking it is insane, Camille only has 1.5 seconds to use her second Q cast after the first, and shes a melee champ
