If they just nerf the new item because it made 
insane instead of just adjusting these 3, we will be back to exactly where we were before.
If anything they just need adjustments in the early game department so that their clears are a bit tougher. Would be justified with just how terrifying their ganks and teamfighting can be.

+ 50% MS when running towards people on practically a 8 to 4.8 second CD makes "just slow him" not so easy
Honestly Volibear just needs slightly weakened early and buffed a tad late late. The other 2 just need nerfs.

Voli just got a buff to his jungling. He didn't get any ganking buffs. Why are you such a negative nancy?
Leave voli alone, he didn't do anything wrong. He has more weaknesses than any of the top tier junglers. I hope we see more tank jungler buffs soon.

Im a Volibear player and I think he needs some adjustments. I think it would be fine if some of his early game abusive power was reduced and he got a lot more late game power.

AS reduced to .625 from .679 Q CD increased to 14/12/10/8/6 seconds from 10/9/8/7/6 seconds E CD increased to 12 seconds at all ranks from 12/11/10/9/8 seconds R CD increased to 140/120/100 seconds from 140/100/60 seconds
AS reduced to .625 from .67 W CD increased to 15/13/11/9/7 seconds from 11/10/9/8/7 seconds R stun duration reduced to 1 second at all ranks from 1.25/1.5/1.75 seconds

Now Sejuani is decently strong, and has seen play in the LCS.
Besides, if their clears that good, Cinder Hulk would benefit them a lot less than other tank Junglers.
