I hate pretty much every enchanter class champion in this game for playing with zero risk mechanics and benefiting off the success of their allies without even trying (OPINION)

However Lulu takes the cake, she's straight up not balanced in any shape or form of the word. Polymorph, needs to be removed from the game, give her something else that isn't some broken non intuitive "You don't get to play the game now button". Soraka had her single target silence removed for a reason.

Wild growth is straight up overloaded as well and don't even get me started on the fact that she also provides shields and speed ups too on top of all of the other previously mentioned ass tons of utility.

sigh Lulu is a really good support pick and top pick but she is far from op. Suprise suprise Orianna is her biggest counter next to Syndra. And her ultimate is far from "overloaded". The only thing that it does is that it gives psuedo-health and the aura slows mixed with a knock up, SUPER OVERLOADED AM I RIGHT?? Lulu runs into heavy mana problems early game coupled with her shortest cd without cd reduction is 7 seconds...7 SECONDS, on her slow ass Q to be exact. And it's not like Lulu has any healing abilities either, all you have to do is bait her ultimate, when it's down that's when you engage and wreck her (btw her polymorph last for 4 seconds max level, there's noting op about it)

EDIT: And you play Riven top...of course Lulu is going to counter you, Riven naturally loses to ranged top laners like Lulu and Kennen.

Lulu is strong vs all ins. I feel she does her job perfectally.

If you have a good Nami, Thresh, or Janna, they basically do the same thing.

I have to disagree.. Lulu IS "OP" and everyone knows it, she remains one of the highest picked supports in Korea for a reason, not because shes not broken.

High pick rate does not equal x champion being overpowered, it means people like playing the champion. According to your source, she has a 50% winrate which is literal perfection, I hate to break it to you but Lulu is balanced. She's highest picked because of her ultiliy, Thresh, Lulu, Blitzcrank, Karma and Nami all have very good utility. If you think those top 5 supports are op then you must be shit at the game.

Are you mental? Lucian is balanced, the items he uses however are not. A 50% win rate with 5% pick rate means the champion isn't played much but it's still viable in the meta, 50% win rate with 26% play rate means that the champion is widely played and is FUN. if it was like 60% win rate and 26% pick rate then there is a real problem. Think before you type to me please.

Noone in Korea Pro scene solely picks a champion because they have fun playing it, its a fucking job, if an employer is hiring someone they aren't going to hire a retard like you to not pick something that is considered OP just because you have fun playing it, they'll pick someone that wants to win, and that someone will choose an OP. i.e Lulu or any Top 10 scaling down pick/ban every game champions.

Having both High Pick/Winrate is the exact formula to knowing when something IS OP, your perception of "OP" in general is skewed and bad, because you must believe it relates solely to damage, and yes as I said before TOP 10 of any position (scaling down) are OP or anyone could pick any champion and it would work, some champions are A LOT better than other i.e. "OPs" and I say TOP 10 because both team could completely ban out a single position, not likely but doesnt matter, it can happen.

You can use Caitlyn's ult on a low health target who was near any ally champion and it's completely negated, it's not Lulu specific. Janna could do the same with her shield, Nami with heal, Soraka with heal or ult, or anyone else who just body blocks it for that low health member.
