SR needs Dominion's In-Game ranking system and have Champion Mastery center around that

Dominion ranks you from 5 to 1 based on your overall performance. Objectives, Kills, Farm etc.,

Champion Mastery currently seems to only care about your Wins and it's not very clear what Grades you get.

The whole point is to win games, and not worrying about farming and kda. There's enough people hogging up kills and then doing nothing with them or afk farming, rather they not have more of a reason to continue doing so.
