Just wait for that annoying champion to take over game after they buff up 
cause why not riot.
Brand is already cancer to deal with in late game and only thing he can do press R to take almost your team down and now you just buff up his main core items without nerfing him. Yes good idea.
Pokemonred2006 votesGiven he builds Rylai's Crystal Scepter (often before Liandry's) and that his r applies a slow to targets that are ablaze, the buff to Liandry's won't really do anything to him late game (the damage against targets that are movement impaired hasn't changed). It might make it stronger as a rush, but it would besdelaying the Luden's Echo that a lot of Brand players are buying first ATM.

Wait does slow consider as impairing ? i never know that If that is the case then it my bad.
BlueBilberry1 votesTrue - which also suggests that Zyra mains now be more inclined to build Morellos first. But this does pose an interesting idea for Brand players - what if you have a Liandry's and then use a W/E combination in group fights.
BlueBilberry1 votesThere are other champs in the game who can be nastier to face than Brand that we can or could be seeing in the botlane (e.g., Morgana, Xerath, Zyra, Syndra, Velkoz). He is just the current whipping-boy. When the meta swings back (and hopefully the Riot devs realize that the MR and health changes were bad ideas, then Brand will not seem as bad.
