different buff or "tweak". they were gonna change her ult to an execute so that it dealt % missing HP rather than it's % current Hp like it is now, but they reverted that change. the buff OP is talking about is the CD buff on her ult.

The most OP champions this patch are Jinx who doesn't feel like a problem and Janna who is always cancer regardless.

And Nidalee but most people aren't good enough with her.

I hope you're joking... eve is completely fine right now sitting at a near perfect %50 winrate without any crazy variations regardless of where you look. her ult has little impact compared to most and the CD buff made it so that you can actually use it when you need to. i'm pretty sure you're joking though so i'll leave it at that.

I'm not joking. I want her nerfed so her play-rate goes down (it pretty much doubled after the buff to her ult) and people stop banning her.

I want to play my champion.

to be fair 9% ban rate is very high for eve so is her 6.5% playrate, but it's still very low relative to everything else. i think it's best to wait since it's probably do to an influx of people old eve players coming back to her. i have personally never seen and eve ban and banning her is always gonna be a grudge ban and has nothing to do with her being too strong. eve requires people to change the way they play and very few people are willing to do that so they ban her out of spite. once things calm down and she goes back to her normal low playrate her ban rate will go back to near zero. also you can't forget that alot of her current success/popularity is do to pretty much every other jg being nerfed liked crazy. Eve is pretty much in the same place Syndra is in. all of the competition was put in the dirt, but since they were so low profile they went under the nerf hammer that riot is swinging all over the place now days. once these other jg are buffed back up eve will fade into the shadows again. probably.
