PSA: When it is your turn to pick, please lock in.

There have been many game lobbies where the 4th or any person is STILL CONFUSED on what champion to play. You have so much time to choose your champion, so please, lock in your champion. This makes getting into a game quicker. Yes there will be times when you need to know what to pick against a champion, but if you don't know who you are going against, pick 3 top champions you would pick and have it ready. It is not that hard. And if you do know who you are going up against, please make it quick, otherwise 9 guys have to redo the whole lobby again.

Tl;DR Know your champion well ahead of time so that you don't need to dodge and mess up 9 other people.

You see, people have to google who counters who, then complain about clicking the lock in button.

Wouldn't that be even worse? You can't simply find a counter and expect to win like that. There has been many matches where people took Teemo Kayle thinking they can win by playing against my Darius and they had no experience about that matchup and ends up feeding. BUT that is probable to happen though.
