You actually buffed draven late game without hurting his early game?

Lol ok, as a former draven main i totaly didn't see that comming

-20 mana cost on his W, making it as spamable as Q, literally 0 damage lost from his Q since you get +30 at lvl 1 at the moment.

all of this for a Q that never goes down in value but get higher when draven builds 3 AD items, sounds legit.
