Could we make runic echo's...

also have a passive that grants back a percentage of energy when in combat? Or maybe a flat amount? I just feel that runic echo's would be a good thing to build on Shen in light of Udyer's success with his new build. Which while potentially strong, creates a different and unique playstyle that I would hate to see nerfed completely away.

Anyway back to the suggestion. Basically I feel like this would certainly shake up jungle just as much as runic echo's initial introduction, and it would be a substantial buff for a few champions that have either never been very good junglers or who need small adjustments to stay relevant. In other words it would create diversity in both champions buildpaths and in champ select. I can also see an argument to placing this passive on any of the other jungle items, but runic echoes sounds the most interesting.
