What will happen to all the balanced champs they nerfed?

Rageblade is not that OP. Everyone thinks rageblade/devourer is the end all build...but they are wrong.

That build forces your jungler to rush lvl 6/sated ASAP...basically making him useless for the first 15+ minutes of a game. No ganks, no map pressure, no threat, etc. A good team will take advantage of that down time, knowing that he is going to start snowballing around 18 mins.

you can take a 7 minute drag as yi and get sated at 15 and splitpush. cowsep does it in challenger.

Xin Zhao will be weaker and different when Guinsoo's leaves. Master Yi will be back to his (still ridiculous) normal self. Kog'maw will still be broken. Jax will be powerful, but not OP. Most of the champs will be fine. I think Xin Zhao's been hurt the most right now. (But even then... has he? It's really hard to gauge. Maybe I should go back to my Cinderhulk/Warrior + BoRK + Spirit Visage build and see how it works.)
