If someone doesn't ban a champion but aren't AFK, it should ban "none" instead of dodging.

I was looking for a last minute ban and had to ban Karthus because I didn't want to get kicked (was gonna ban Kat but she was already banned - I had "Kat" typed into the search box).

The client should have been able to detect that I was actually doing stuff (and not AFK) and banned "none" for me if I didn't click Karthus fast enough. I shouldn't have had to ban Karthus.

EDIT: actually, ban phase is SO close after clicking "accept" that the client doesn't need to detect anything at all. I obviously didn't go anywhere in those 10 seconds.
