Lissandra has seen little play in such a long time and would be nice to show her some love, also maybe buff that passive of hers or give her a new one. Please? TY ^.^ Her e is probably the longest cd for an escape, her q is alright where it is and so is her w , but her ult cd is also quite large as well, I mean honestly she needs dem buffs boys

In comparison to every other utility mage? Her e cd is over 20 seconds lol. And her passive is one of the worst passives right now
