Nasus rework idea

Passive no longer lifesteal but a heal based on enemies max health. Autos do extra magic damage equal to the %max health damage.

Q isnt infinite stacking but now stacks up to 200 times with a slight rework. Every minion kill awards 1 stack, a cannon or large monster or champ is 3 stacks, last hitting with Q doubles the bonuses. Nasus gains bonuses at 50, 125, and 200 stacks(stacks dont buff Q damage directly).

At 50 his Q now deals 3x the damage from his passive with triple the heal only vs large monsters, epic monsters, cannon/super minions, and champions.

At 125 his Q deals 75% more damage on each hit within 8 seconds(not the passive damage of his actual passive) on champions, monsters, or structures stacks up infinitely but does not stack on hitting wards. Last hitting a champion with Q gives double bonus added (150% more damage).

At 200 his previous bonuses are doubled.

Looks like a buff but his Q damage would be what it is live with 0 stacks for damage until he is at 125 stacks (again stacks dont buff Q flat damage) which causes each Q after the first that hits to gain more and more damage, making him very dangerous to have an extended duel with.

W same.

E gets no more initial burst damage but heavily increases the dot it does (think morgana W).

R shape shifts his cane and make his dance cooler.

I think "massive Q buffs" is a more appropriate term than "rework" here.

Nope. Nasus is perfectly fine as is and doesn't need reworked into the current iteration of abominations that Riot keep butchering or creating.
