Why is it the only actually negative and abusive players i find DONT have chat restrictions
Meanwhile i still have 42 games left on mind, yet haven't said anything negative or abusive in the past 200 games

But yeah, i know that feel. The type of people that insta-rage at you for not ganking their lane at all times, the people who rage if you dont get a double kill when someone ganks you. People slide by the system too easily nowadays.
