Is it so hard ? The only 1 toxic item what made Evelynn "toxic" was DFG , ok there was a 2nd one but Sheen and L.B was also changed.

Evry "toxic" item , 1 Shooting item for Evelynn was changed or removed.

C'mon Riot I want Evelynn ASSASIN not a damn TANK ? i think or what ever she is now

I'm going to get downvoted and hated for this, but good. Invis isn't an enjoyable mechanic when it is strong. Having pressure to that degree just isn't enjoyable especially with oracles gone and vision wards in their current state.

Well, Evelynn's passive makes her invisible until she does something notable.

And thanks to Riot, that isn't going to happen soon.

Her Q does little damage unless you build full AP (bad idea for MELEE), and then you still have to spam it. Most mages have more autoattack range... it's a glorified auto-attack.

Her W is great for getting rid of cc... and that's it. GP gets a heal, Teemo has a passive MS boost... It doesn't really help roaming, and is Garen-tier of gap closers.

Her E... good luck getting in range to use it without blowing up if you didn't build like a bruiser.

Her ultimate... that does more damage based on how high their health is. That is not how an assassin works. Hell, even LeeSin 's Q has it right! I'd trade her ultimate for that, for balancing's sake. That's a support or tank ability, not an assassin.

Evelynn is a tough champion to balance, I admit, and she's already been reworked before. But maybe she needs to be a little more like Shaco in terms of actually being an assassin.

Yep, her ult is garbage for an assassin. You have to hit multiple enemies for it to be worth it and an assassin should be picking off lonely carries, and as you said, it works off of how high the enemies health bars are. DFG is gone so I think they should revert it to blow up low health targets. You still need godlike timing and positioning (or flash) to get close enough to enemies to pull off a full combo, so give her something. Luden's Echo is not enough of a buff.

IF they do give her back some of her damage now that DFG is out, her AP build would benefit from the new Luden's Echo, unless it is completely broken on her and then they have to gut her again. I would like to see her as an Assassin type of champion as well. But yeah. See how Luden's works on her. I don't own Eve on my account so I can't test it, but tell me how it works for you.
