Can Lichbane get a sound effect that lets you know its ready like storm razor?

If any of you ever used storm razor, there is a sound effect that lets you know its off cooldown and its ready.

Can lichbane get the same effect for ppl who might want to use it for AP sustain damage? With MR being so effective, I like to use lichbane and void staff to hep fight against tanks.

Problem is I usually have to guess when its off cooldown.
