How about rather than make his E deal 110 damage

Make his R how it was BEFORE the rework that you could pull someone when they flash/dash/and so on that you remove that interaction "because it didnt feel right"

Yeah because Tristana/j4/ez/etc dashing while stunned its SO GOOD and FEEL SO RIGHT but god forbid skarner can actually pull them back from the jump...NO NO we cant have that right? lets just put numbers up..

Riot you need to understand that buffing just numbers in champions like Voli or Skarner fix nothing Voli problem is not that he dosent AA fast while his W is stacked

Skarner problem is not that he dosent deal alot of damage

THEIR problem is that they CANT do what they are supposed to do because their kit is old and the game sift...so increasing just numbers fixes nothing...i mean sure if you make skarner Q deal 200 damage per cast sure it would break him and if you make voli W CD like 3 seconds yeah it would make him a terror top lane

But they need WORK (Rework) or some good adjustments NO JUST "Hurr durr lets give them numbers up so the boards dont say they we dont buff them and we only buff yasuo"

RITO fix your game...what season bring the most players? season 2-4 what season lost the most players this game? season 5-7 why? see your new champions see what meta was beeing forced see the items buffs and nerfs see the classess SEE THIS PROBLEMS and fix the game

I agree with your sentiment, thematically Skarner's ult should be able to pull people out of dashes...

However your biting tone and rhetoric is not exactly approachable. Do you think a Rioter is going to want to talk with or listen to somebody who attacks them for their decisions?

I think they should convert him into the speed clearing powerhouse of the jungle Like, leave him as the basically giant piece of doodoo that he is, but amp up his clear speed to be better than Shyvanas.

Make his role, to just farm into a midgame giganto tank that punishes the enemy jungler via counterjungling.

What happens if Skarner ults an enemy than Kalista ults skarner? Drag the enemy along?

Signed on just to celebrate the buffs. Haven't played much the past few months. I tried skarner with the new runes for awhile, and felt he was in kind of a meh place. And I am one of those rare Skarner mains.

These are solid buffs, longer stun time means greater CD reduction for each stun. An extra second off of E for stunning two people is respectable.

He will also have an extra .5 seconds of MS and AS for each stun. The MS might help him close on another person, or the AS will help him get an extra attack off on the stunned enemy.

The Damage on his E is a fairly significant buff but not as important :P

Overall I'm happy that skarner is getting some love, I hope they go through.

Of course the real love will come when Skarner gets some more significant changes. Particularly to his innate.
