Hello? Riot matchmaking? Thank you for openly allowing my team, full of silvers to go against golds. Post game they posted the twitch.tv link and i was like? Why would they stream in bronze/silver. They are almost plat like wtf???? They are almost two whole tiers ahead of me? Thats really okay with you? Alright riot. Ty for the great matchmaking. 10/10
Nanuk Pihoqahiak1 votesIt's because of your MMR. If you find yourself winning an above average amount of games, your hidden MMR will put you against opponents more worthy of your skill level. I was Platinum 1 a few seasons ago and stopped playing, so I decayed down to something like Silver / Gold. I began playing ranked again and jumped from Gold 5 to Gold 3, and have been getting paired against high plat and a couple of diamond players over a few games.
001100011 votes^^^ this, i can tell you personally, if you can get over the fact of losing, i would much rather play against those who are better than those who are worse. Plus, you are also rewarded for winning higher MMR games with more LP. So it's a win/win, as long as you can handle your fair share of loses for whatever the reason.

Mig891 votesIts because youre doing well man. The silvers on your team on you have been playing as well as those golds. It sucks, but beating them will give you more LP and youll clmimb faster
