But right how can the balance team that can't balance anything leave her alone, ofcourse time to buff her up with strong passive in team fights plus her already overpowerd W and R + Runes shield.

Really broken, you can't escape her passive due to slow +stupid aoe damage that reset on kills from target to target meaning easy penta kill.
Doge20201 votesBut she might be not as broken in soloQ or normal games where people are less coordinated and don’t have CC in the other champs or they just blow all of their CC on one person instead of chaining it on multiple people or one person.
From what I have seen her passive actually moves super slow, so if the enemy team can get enough MS to move away then Liss’s passive ain’t gonna do shit.
Aquinas1 votesHer W and her R both received nerfs while the only buffs she received were extremely minor (5% AS, missile speed, .4 mana regen growth, 15 -> 3 mana cost off on q, e speed). The passive is strong I'll admit that but the only way to proc it is to die close to her so there's obvious counterplay to it.
