No key fragments drop in the new client ?

Idk how the system decides when keys drop, but in the old client, I got keys every couple of days... Since I started using new client, I got 0 keys and I've been winning a lot in normals.

it has nothing to do with the client, you've probably gotten a lot this month so the drop chance is pretty low

They do drop, I've been using the new client since it's in alpha and they do

Although I haven't gotten any fragment in weeks and am left with 3 chests waiting to be opened without keys. The fragment drop rate needs to be balanced really bad

I'm sitting on 16 boxes and 2 fragments. Literally never get key drops. Ever. Its one of those "oh well what can you do" type scenarios for me.

since the new client i got 4 chests this month and not even a 1/3 of a key.... i didnt got a 1/3 key for a month...

in last 2 mount i get only 4 key fragment, only one for open box :/ fells bad
