Cant build lethality, crit build takes too long to go off, 0 agency in lane/mid game (build tabi + any armor item as any champion and now jinx does 30~50 damage per auto while shes the easiest champ in the game to dive).
At the very least riot could give her some more mana to play with (less mana costs on W and E) or give her W and ult more Damage.

Shes at 50% win rate, which is the lowest she has been ever since her release.
Stats are pretty much on my side here.
CancerBasedGod2 votesHow is 50% win rate useless? 50% win rate is the point of balance! if something wins more than 50% it is over performing. Vayne does not deserve to win a majority of games.
