Kalista could use some help
She is currently sitting down at the 3rd lowest win rate of all champions AND with the 3rd least amount of games played. Ivern has been out for what, a week and a half or so, and already has over double the Kalista games played for the last month! Obviously something has gone wrong, and I am confident that it is almost entirely on her necessity to have her Oath Sworn with her at all times to get a normal damage output that is the cause of her lack of play and wins. Sure the removal of tier 3 boots was a hard hit to her passive, and past few nerfs hurt pretty bad, but the need for your Oath Sworn to be next to you is IMO still the worst.
As the Support, not being able to leave lane for roaming or assisting somewhere else is very annoying to deal with. Since Kalista can not win 1v1 in most cases because of her lowered stats, basic attack only kit with 1 ranged ability, and with no way to apply CC by herself without reducing her overall damage (casting E before you have enough stacks to kill a target will slow enemies but will put the ability on a long CD), you pretty much need to babysit her for the entire game.
#Idea:
Add a passive to her W, where if it spots/tracks an enemy (champion or minion), Kalista gains her full stats as if she was with her Oath Sworn if she is in a similar range. She would also be able to apply the W's % health damage 1 time per target per sentinel (once you proc it, the target can no longer be marked again, but if it does not get used, it will reapply after a few seconds). Also, if 2 or more sentinels spot a target, only one proc of the % health will be applied (no double damage). However, the other sentinel's mark will apply after a few seconds, similar to how it works now (same target can be marked for 10 seconds after a mark is consumed).
The W's CD could be made a bit longer to compensate which is fine since the trade for a ready to go ally can substitute for the loss of vision coverage which your support could now help more with since they are no longer required to be always next to you.
This should help lower her struggle when alone while not becoming overpowering to deal with when against since the sentinels die pretty easy.
