the problem with ranged champions is that they can be outside of the range of aggro, and sometimes it doesn't even matter because creeps are slowed as fuck and deal no damage unless she stays for 10 seconds

Minion aggro has always worked properly for me in my games. You'll even occasionally see Cait draw minion aggro, and she's got much longer range than Quinn.

I feel literally no sympathy for the whiny melee lane bully (often juggernaut, though Renekton in particular isn't one) players who shit their pants every time they lane against someone like Quinn and then post a girly post on the boards about it. "Dude, why is this ranged champion beating me in lane with minimal to no counterplay? That's supposed to be what I do!"

Quinn is much too strong right now and needs nerfs, but I'd frankly prefer her be meta than some fat fuck like Darius tbh fam.

I'm not really going to argue with someone who is a higher rank then me.

But I think it's a situation of "Win-rate isn't everything"

Neither have the highest play-rates in general, so how big even is the stat pool?

Quinn generally has a better time closing the game then Renekton does, so whilst she has a higher win-rate I'm not sure that means you don't have a chance of at least winning lane against her.

Yorick Works well against her but the key is to play safe, she has pitfall weaknesses and you need to time it right. for starters few hits with your Q will summon Ghouls and you're E tagging her with them will fuck her up. No shame in getting hit by her E as you can wall her after she hits you with it, then E her with Ghouls and game over bitch. however you will have a far better advantage when you reach lv 6 and destroy her with your ult. Build item 3047 early to reduced her poke damage.

But the key is to play fucking safe as she is a lane bully and lane bullies hate when someone plays safe and BAM!!!!!!! they got rekt'd thinking they won the lane but really lose the game, so use their aggression against them because they think they are unstoppable in spite of being OP.

Good new if that if you attack her all the winions will attack you, right? Minions in melee versus range feel terrible: they body block making it harder to cs, they attack you if you somehow get on top of the ranged character, they do not help you if the ranged champ attacks you, and they force you into predictable patterns for skill shots when trying to cs. I am just happy that people in my elo do not play Quinn.

Well minion damage itself is perfectly fine: 3 caster minions is 1 champion auto attack early game and it should stay that way: It gives a good amount of opportunities to trade.

But melee champions are super tanky early game and can actually take one or two more auto attacks than ranged champions per trade so going ham when they auto rather than walking away in an attempt to bait them into your minion wave is usually the better choice
