Not going to comment on anything on balance, but the people generally are slow to realize that a champion is no longer strong, which means that ban rates tend to stay high for a little bit even after a nerf

but he is strong, its really stupid. that winrate comes from inexperienced players probably trying to play him for freelo. he is unreasonably tanky and has stupid amounts of damage and cc packed into his w, q, e, and r. easily doing dmg to any person tank or squishy
