Trusted Ping lowering program?

Does such a thing exist? Back when I first started league (Which was back when I believe Kha'Zix got released.) My ping was always at a steady 60-75 later on mid-way through season 4 it became me playing on a 80-90 average

Ever since the end of season 4 my ping has done nothing but spike every chance it gets. It stays on a average of 120-190 then spikes up to 500+ every few seconds at the most random times. Then goes back to 120-190 for a short period of time and spikes again. To the point I can't even play.

I thought it was me so I tried closing everything I had open (including skype even though I wasn't on a call) and lowering all my setting to the lowest value to see if it would help. Didn't change a thing. Idk what else to do at this point.

Unfortunately there's really nothing you can do about ping short of getting a better internet connection or living closer to the servers. Ping is determined by the distance you are from the server you are trying to connect to and the quality of service provided by your ISP. As such, there is nothing you can do or any program you can use to improve it.

The only thing on your end that could cause the problem is if you had other programs or devices on your router that were also doing downloads and consuming your bandwidth (For instance if you were using Torrents or someone was streaming Netflix or something)

As for why your connection sudden went bad midway through the season. One thing that happened was, that Riot moved their servers to different part of California and I heard rumors of it being a place with a generally worse connection. The other thing that could have happened, is if your ISP is doing something that is generally screwing with your connection (maintenance on some cable lines or something)

A lot of people have been talking about something called WTFast or something similar I can't quite recall the name but apparently it lowers ping by about ten...I've seen a lot of trusted streamers and youtubers claim it works and even promote it so I'm not sure. check it out perhaps.
