It does not compensate for the increased jungle difficulty and nerfed blue buff and forces a lot of champions into picking blasting smite, giving them a severe disadvantage compared to manaless or low manacost champions who can freely choose their upgrade.

Currently "picking your smite" is just an illusion of choice

needs more anything - too hard to jungle w/o sustain

so far it has been my choice, i tend to go for skirmish or stalker smite all the time o 3o
