please fix the ranked mode, it's broken and totally unfun to play (read riot)

I'm here because im tired of the mess ranked is rn

1:it's not accurate at all and really frustrating, i played over 1000 games this one fucking season, got placed in bronze 2 fallen to bronze 5, climbed all the way to silver v fell back to bronze v again and now whenever i go on a huge winning streak i fall back all the way to the same spot with the noobest teams ever and im almost always the best on my team.

2: you place far too much people in bronze, normally the average division should be the one with the highest number of players and the lower and higher should have less players, also the fact that you keep downgrading players to a lower division each season increase more and more the skill needed to get out of bronze at the point that you should have almost diamond skill to get out of this hell.

3: the climbing take way too long at the point that you almost need to play lol almost all the time if you want to get at any good rank and the forced 50% winrate keep making the things worse, so basically, you need to be a no-life if you want to be diamond

possible solutions : give really balanced teams, maybe all the same win rate dont leave a 75% winrate with like 25% win rate it create so much toxicity and keep the good player from climbing to the division he really belong

maybe allow player to redo their initial placements without previous ranked history

give players a fresh mmr each new season

don't downgrade players each season

Increase lp variation

anything that would make the climbing more fun and less time consuming

I'm actually thinking of maybe leaving the game if nothing is done about it, maybe move to smite and maybe more and more players will do the same thing. Please do something about it honestly, this is bullshit rn.
