Need advice on jungle Evelynn

I just picked her up and I really love playing her. I just have a few questions

Is it normal for her to have less CS than other junglers? It's really hard to farm minions on her
When does Haunting Guise come in? I like building Protobelt, Lich Bane and Mobility boots, but that's a lot of items. What's the correct order
Electrocute or Dark harvest?

Farming should actually be really fast and easy, with her Hate Spikes making up a big chunk of her clear speed. I personally rush for the Liandry's Torment as my first item, then Morello's for the CDR (Ult Is too strong not to need it up more often.)

Electrocute if you want a stronger early game burst, Dark Harvest if you want a stronger later game. Dark Harvest also procs on Wiplash, so it's a bit faster, and you get closer to a one shot kind of gameplay.

Go electrocute, practice kiting camps with hate spike and autos, and no, you shouldn't have less cs than a lot of jungle champions unless you're ganking often.
