Marshbouy2 votesNo. Play him mid, but take exhaust. It really saves your ass against yasuo/yi/trynd/whoever. MS quints so you can position faster (stormraiders works well too)

the amount of flashes you can burn at level 1 and 3 by popping ghost and all-inning is insane
