Seriously how can he escape nerfs for so long?
His ult needs the ad steroid completely removed or his base stats need to go into the dumpster, twitch snowballs way too hard and gains too much power from lvls alone (6) and if he ever pulls ahead you auto lose the game.

Runes reforged is coming and will change the gamescape in terms of balance, and so it's arguably pointless to balance him as a result (a point that I WOULD argue, since he can be rebalanced after the patch hits too)
His specific kit (stealth and team fight utility) unfortunately have been argued by rioters to just be a good combination for soloQ. I would personally argue that this combination of traits is far too strong for any champion to have in any context, not to mention that ardent is on the scene and making him even stronger.
Anyway, I wouldn't expect anything any time soon. To be honest this whole situation reminds me of when Jinx didn't receive an AS penalty with her rockets and Riot was trying to argue that she was only perceived as good because she had good AoE damage, which is such garbage and they realized that and now Jinx is in a pretty good state.
Twitch should lose his AS bonus from coming out of stealth. He needs to have his power reduced.

Stealth and ranged autoattacks with extremely high damage are obviously a bad idea.

A..no. twitch can easily get shut down. He has no mobily, no flashes like other adc and shorter range than any other adc . He doesnt need a nerf.

Twitch, you can just collapse on and blow up. He has a lot of range and damage, but he has no escape or CC, and he's squishy. All of these fuckers? Good luck. All except two have hard CC. Most have higher damage than Twitch. All are more durable.
If you're banning Twitch while any of these 16 are possibly viable, you're making a pretty big mistake. They're all arguably more cancerous, and at least one of them (Cho'gath) is objectively broken, and will remain so until Stoneplate reduces all outgoing damage. (Xin Zhao's also really strong right now).

Can any other champion stealth and kill you in 1 second while having some of the best AOE in the game and also shred tanks? All while outside the range of 95% of champions?
As a mage player, a class that should be good vs immobile adcs, I try to keep him permabanned. Twitch was good even when we memed about adc 2017 at the start of the season, and he's not been nerfed since then! His winrate has been insane the entire time.

She´s been weak for ages, you hardly ever see one, regardless of elo.
And when you do they either feed and becomes useless or they snowball and either win straight away or become useless when lategame starts.
She´s like one of the least played mages because of this, and her winrates are bad to boot.
Only dedicated mains are playing her these days, and the champ still sits at 49%.
Even Aurelion has 53% winrate with only mains playing him-
Meanwhile korean top 200 
diamond+ mains all have between 55% to 65% winrate on the champ. A few oddballs even have as much as 70%.
And you think Lissandra is nasty? The champ that has been sitting below 50% for nearly the entire season? Whose mains also struggle?

seachrome4 votesremember the whole "Don't nerf the champ before you nerf the item" rule? With ardent censer as it is even now its not easy to tell how much of this is twitch and how much is the item. While hes probably still above the curve, nerfing him before ardent would be a terrible mistake and would very likely to over nerf him. Riot is taking the smart approach to the current status of most ADC's including twitch and waiting until the item nerfs come through to figure out where they lie on the power curve.

If someone on my team is picking her I ban someone else, usually an AoE burst mage like Annie or Brand. Pubs are pubs, man, and these champions are exactly what sink the Elo boat.
