...what do you do when both your jungler and top laner perform horribly?

Everyone here on the boards is currently under the impression that if your bot lane loses, you've lost the game.

Well I can tell you that I at least go even in bot lane almost every game, sometimes even pulling out ahead a few times. But I have had so many games where either mid or top completely fall apart, and are next to useless, thus making the game essentially a 4v5 (3v5 if both get steam rolled). And down here in Bronze, our junglers don't understand that trying to help a losing lane is pointless, so, when me and my support are actually winning the lane, the jungler is nowhere to be found (even had a Sej who went top 75% of the game to help his duo Darius of whom was not only behind, but lagging horribly).

I don't know why, but every time I try to go to a lane that I think has been consistently getting steam rolled, I easily go even, or even win that lane.......but then another lane gets demolished.....over......and over......and over again.

Anyone else have that problem?

I have had this when I got filled into the ADC role, granted that's not my most comfortable role. (If I'm not the support, I generally don't play glass cannons) I fall behind a little bit in the CS game, but far from feeding.

But every time I see 4 players in the bot lane, (a scenario everyone complains about) My only thought is, "huh, how did they get an extra man to spare? Obviously top or mid lane is not stepping up, if they let them roam like that no contest."

It definitely goes both ways, I think most importantly everyone needs to understand their roles especially while taking objectives. ADC are ESSENTIAL because of their ability to melt towers/inhibitors/dragon/baron but they need their team to peel/distract the enemy to do so.

Unfortunately it's become all to common in SoloQ to completely ignore team comps so when 5 squishies attempt an objective it's 10x harder than it would have been with even a SINGLE tank up front with a real support assisting the ADC.

Worse than that it feels like SR has become one giant feeding ground and with 1st blood turrets has become waaay to easy to snowball. You don't see games ending 30-35 as often as 40-20 and while one lane might have one it usually takes its toll on another lane.

Here's the thing speaking at a jungle main i have noticed more games that lose is due to bot losing however mid/top is close. I do think however when i team falls apart it's usually a group effort 2 or more people. If i see a lane falling behind i try to get them back up if possible but just speaking from my end if i am your jungle. if you are pushing and can get a tower and i am near i'll help if it looks like you need the help. if you're overpushing/chasing kills i can't help you cause it's just going be 2 or 3 for the chasing of that one. A good jungler is not a babysitter or a gank bot like many think.

That said since i did not see the game it could have been a lot of issues but honestly in low elo most don't understand junglers and how they work. or how to ward and not do stupid things as well. I wish you luck climbing.
