It's a point-click ability. The Veigar complaints are really getting old, it's like the Cassiopeia complainers. I didn't play Veigar before the "compensation", but I've just started picking him up and he seems to do perfectly fine.

are there any other point and click skills that can 1 shot any non tank, and keep you at this safe of a distance?? This vid made it look like it needs a nerf not a buff.

A lot of viegar's ult scales on the opponents ap. Pretty sure that was a ad trist so if that had been a ap carry they would have exploded.

Yeah that's because it scales based on caster AP and not someone who has no AP... it's supposed to kill the opposing midlaner not the ADC
