@Riot:RP and IP Exchange System

Do you ever have a spare 30 RP or something that you don't know what to do with? Well i have a proposition for you, being able to exchange RP for IP, this means that if you have say 30 left over RP you can exchange it for maybe 300 or 3000 IP. This way we don't feel like were not getting our bang for our buck and missing out on being able to use all of our RP that we just bought.

Another suggestion would be the exact opposite, exchanging IP for small amounts of RP, this gives player's who have no reason to use their IP(they have all the champions) an actual reason to have it and gives them a reward for their play time.

I feel like giving these things to player's would be really cool and would make playing more rewarding for everyone because IP would have a better purpose even if you only get 1 RP for 10 IP (something like that) it would still be cool and in addition it would give hex tech crafting more use because having 1800 IP would be enough for a key or a chest.

(keep in mind that this is just an example of an Exchange rate this doesn't actually mean i suggest this be the exchange rate)

That would essentially make the game Pay-To-Win, to an extent. You can already buy champions and boost for RP, but runes are the only thing you can't buy with RP. That system would make it possible. The other way round I can GARENtee you that it will never happen. That would be a profit loss for Riot. Converting IP to RP will NEVER be a thing.

That's why i was also thinking they could implement "Personal IP/Exchanged IP" and the same with RP, Exchanged IP cannot be used to buy runes but when you exchange RP for IP you'll only get Exchanged IP that way people can't Pay to Win. Exchanged RP could only be used to get champions and Hextech Crafting items, that way you can't get skins with it except by Hextech Crafting.

That allows players to buy runes for money which means you can literally buy bonus stats for your characters, very skeevy. The current system is only kinda skeevy.

The exchange rate would have to be really bad since making it better than IP boosts (which already have an incredibly poor rate of return) would completely invalidate their existence.

It will still be much better to simply save your RP scraps for the next time you wish to purchase a skin or something.
