She looks extremely balanced... Neat passive that riot has wanted to implement forever now. Breaks on damage or if you cast abilities OMEGALUL. Q: Slightly faster Corki Q. Literally W: Leblanc passive on w with jax 3-hit passive. E: Instead of a grab/stun you just have a lux/zyra root. R: Slow as hell probably worse Amumu Ult.
How the fuck do you think this champ is gonna be as annoying as Yasuo/Zed/Zoe/Akali/Irelia or Shaco. Hell she doesn't even have the insane mobility that all newer champions have. Her invis lasts what seems like .25 of a second
EDIT: It could be argued that her W is worse than Leblanc ult since Leblanc ult triggers when you'd die basically.

Capitalized that way, it just looks like you're saying someone's name. Noto Neeko. CamelCase almost demands an all-or-nothing capitalization of each word's first letter since you don't have spaces for clarity.
i do want neeko in the game.. i just dont want her kit in the game.. then again we know NOTHING about it so. cooldowns could mean a whole lot
