Riot, Can You Address Nasus?

He is somewhat countered by the ex-lovers

Gangplank Illaoi

But even then he has a 48-49% win rate.

I feel that he is just too overwhelming at all levels of play and should be closely examined, evaluated, and adjusted in a way so that he isn't so overbearing against most, if not all, match ups.

I realize that targeting his Q will only slow his progress, but perhaps hit his wither so that it's not some indefinite slow on 40% cool down that very nearly roots someone in place at max level. Or his ultimate that makes him next to impossible to kill unless ganked by 3 or more enemies.

I don't know. I just know something should be done.

Personally, I think the 50% reduced CDR on his Q while ulting and huge amounts of life steal he gets were overdone. Maybe reduce his life steal to 5/10/15%, or only make it proc on Qs to lower his complete dominance in lane if he happens to get an early lead.

As for the 50% CDR on Q, I would either change that to 33% reduction, or change his ult's cooldown to 150/130/110, from 120 at all ranks.

But then he's completely useless. His ult is the only reason he is viable at all. Without it he's just an underpowered veigar.

Yeah it has nothing at all to do with 95% slow that almost lasts as long as its cooldown, and also reduces their attack speed massively. I mean..... he literally has everything a fighter could dream for: Infinite scaling, high output, Reduction to armor on board, Perma slow, on Board Exhaust to prevent people from killing him, on board Life steal....... what else could you ask for? Maybe he needs a 50% Move speed boost on top of his 95% slow which has a longer range than most adcs.

Tank veigar, also has infinte scaling, does a shit load more damage. Veigar also has a stun, two aoe abilities and an extremely powerful ult.

Here's the thing. Nasus doesn't need nerfs. You probably had one bad experience with a Nasus and are blowing it out of proportion. He falls off late-late game, he gets countered by anything that has range and has mobilities. He's slow af. The only way he can catch up is with ghost or righteous glory. He isn't that tanky either. Its that you're letting him into your team and not cc-ing him.

No, I have both played as him and against him. I'm even strongly considering maining him because of his ability to make comebacks happen entirely too often.

Just recently won a match in which my team lost all 3 inhibitors (non-consecutively) and a nexus turret and we were still able to comeback from it because, as Nasus, I was able to easily demolish so many enemy structures in less time than it took dead enemies to respawn. By the time the enemies were alive again, I had already knocked out one Nexus turret and they were unable to stop us from taking the second one along with the nexus.

That isn't the fact that Nasus is broken. It's just Nasus. Tryndamere and Yorick can both do that too, yet they aren't broken because of the same problems that plague them also plague Nasus

He does need nerfs. He is impossible to prevent stacking after his last added easter egg (50% reduced CDR during ult, Armor penetration added to E, W being a 95% slow that he can literally almost permanently keep up (on CDR it's 5.5 second cooldown with a 5 second duration).

His stacking never stalls now. The question is, is he going to get 600 or 700 stacks, not is he going to get 250 or 700. Good Nasus gets 200 by 10 minutes. Bad Nasus get 100 by 10 minutes. After that, they never miss a minion.

He is not countered by range at all. As long as he can get a Wither off, it's over. He's switched back to running Trinity, and Dead Man's so he can literally catch up with most ranged, wither, and then they are done because they suffer a 95% perma slow vs him having boosted move speed.

He's not slow at all. If you think Nasus isn't tanky, you obviously haven't played much at all. 2000 hit Q = 400 heal. He builds item 3025 item 3110 item 3053 item 3065 And he's not tanky? Whut?

Yes, despite what you may think, Nasus is one of the lower tankier champions. I don't deny the fact that you can build tank on Nasus, I'm saying that his tank stats aren't that big. And his dead man's is not enough speed to catch up against a ranged champ that is out of his w range. Also, you're complaining about Nasus's W, which isn't extremely strong until late game. And at this point you should be asking why you even let it go late game. If you are against a Nasus, end early. And a 2000 hit q unless he is building crit is almost impossible. If Nasus really was as broken as you say, we would be seeing this in high elo. (Which we are not). He is like Annie, effective at low elo but hard to be viable at high. And ofc eventually he will stack. But that's the same with Veigar. The point is to either force him and pressure him early or end before he can get a lot of stacks. Nasus nerfs aren't needed.

Yeah. he is. And he gains 55 Mag resist and armor on ult. And yes. he does catch adcs. OFTEN.

Nasus W is level 5 by level 12.

No. It's not impossible. it's common. You're not actually representing anything but a falsity. 2000 HP damage is friggin easy on Trinity + 500 Stacks.

You are seeing it in high Elo. Nasus is the #1 win rate top laner right now at Plat +. He has a greater than 50% win rate vs every single champ other than Teemo and Gangplank , and even they are literally almost a 50% rate of win for Nasus (49.76%/49.36%).

Literally every other champ is losing hard to Nasus. Ryze gives Nasus a 59.71%. Udyr Tryndamere Galio DrMundo Poppy Mordekaiser TahmKench Irelia Olaf Ornn Renekton Gnar Malphite ...... Are all losing to Nasus right now over 55% in Nasus's favor.

He takes over double the average damage taken. Not a tank?

Cotten Eyed Joe1 votes

I never stated he wasn't a tank. What I said was that he does not have as high tank stats as say Tahm Kench. You state that he is losing to almost every champion. Yet with the exception of gnar, they are all melee, meaning he will most likely be able to out trade.
