Ekko's passive procs Luden's Echo

As the title states.

Im not the kind of person to complain about champion balance, but all in all, this does seem a bit too powerful. If Ekko's passive can proc it, why can't Diana's passive proc it, since it is almost the same thing (minus the slow)?

Ekko is an interesting champ, but I do believe that he is in serious need of some post release nerfs, as most champions have gotten in the past (the only two I have not seen get post release nerfs are Vel'koz and Bard).

I think his passive acts as a skill because it doesn't proc lich bane.

That doesn't make any sense.

Why would it proc Luden's, if it didn't proc Lich Bane?

.... I don't know how you people do it.. It's really not that hard... Luden's is a spell effect Lich bane is an on hit effect NOTHING procs both. It's not that hard to figure out either, go see how many pantheon ults that proc ludens don't proc lich bane, or how many AAs that proc lich don't proc ludens....

As far as the wording on his passive on the wiki goes, pseudo is a very important part of that description and the only reason it's treated as a spell is because both AAs and spells can trigger it, thus it can't be a spell effect, or an on-hit, which meant it had to be combined into a spell, which makes it proc ludens.

Fun fact: Fizz Q and Ekko E both apply Luden's and Lich Bane.

In two separate damage instances each - an auto attack and a spell cast, with one procing on-hit and one procing spell effects - Again, because nothing procs both.
