does morg black shield count as a "shield" for passive and ardent censor?

i mean not that would ever use it the passive or item 3504 item 3174 anyways because it would be stupid to, but i saw an opposing morg using the winds-speakers blessing and i wanted to know if they even counted at all.. besides it just being stupid...

Thinking more on it, it might not actually be that bad, though perhaps thunderlords is stronger on her, this could theoretically allow her to heal, shield, and simultaneously buff the adc. Plus the resists would make it harder to break the shield which makes them be unaffected by crowd control longer. Might be good in an all AP build.
