Remove Zed's ability to restore Energy on Non Champions

Zed currently gains 20/25/30/35/40 based on Rank of Living Shadow (W) Energy Back when he hits an enemy twice with either Q or E. This works completely on Monsters, Minions or Champions. I'm suggesting we limit it to just Champions.

So if he is going to spam his abilities in lane to wave clear he has to hit a Champion while doing so. If the enemy Champion dodges his moves, he doesn't gain any Energy back and has a large window of time for people to deal with him.

Zed's winrate went up when the Mana regen and Athene changes happened because unlike the Mages he wasn't forced to be gated by his resource anymore. The mana changes made Mana users actually gated by their Mana for once in the mid lane, why not do that to Zed's energy usage?

In Patch Notes for 5.2 Riot said the following:

Zed's pattern of poking from a distance and waiting for the moment to strike is layered with counterplay and complexity

Currently I don't really think his poke or laning pattern is particularly healthy since he can W + E/Q spam constantly, not even caring if he hits a Champion or not with it. Sure you can just dodge it, thats a form of counterplay, but when he can spam it far more than you can ever spam your spells how can you possibly keep dealing with him? When he barely has any window of weakness or inability to use his abilities like an Energy champion should how do you deal with him?

well it's wonderful that hes spamming his shadow hat means when a jungler comes to ganks, he will be vulnerable

only issue is that the jungler will almost never exploit zed's glaring mistake

You can lower the CD quite a bit with his E, you always have flash up if you are smart about it and you can use your Ultimate to just nuke the enemy laner if the jungler shows up.

A good jungler will come through just to blow a flash. A blown flash is a successful gank.

I say... Leave the energy regain

but remove the scaling energy reduction from his Q
