The rest of his kit actually isn't so out-dated and could tune very well with a proper E spell.
I'm sure someone can think of something better than a glorified 
gated by mana.
Please don't make us wait for an unnecessary full rework.
Viktor Von Lazer4 votesKarthus E is probably one of the BEST part about him. You do MASSIVE AoE damage with it. It's not his ULT (on a really long cooldown) but his E during teamfights along while he's dead in passive form which puts him at the highest dealt midlaners.
