Thoughts about Unsealed Spellbook and Glacial Augment
Glacial Augment :
- Scales really badly.
- Champs that could use it actually build (or can build) a frozen Mallet, namely Teemo, Gnar, maybe Kennen.
- Was patchworked to have an effect with active item cause Developer did know it was lackluster so wanted to buff it someway.
Unsealed Spellbook :
- No direct effect on your playstyle. (basically makes you use 25% more summoner spell on a game, but no effect on said summoner spell)
- Doesn't scale aside from switching spells.
- Have a effect to change summoner spell, but is that really what you want about this Keystone ? You'll stick with Flash anyways, as the other spell, changing can be good but mostly is a bonus.
Thoughts on things that could be :
Glacial Augment :
- Slow could become more and more stronger with champion level, even becoming a stun (lasting 0.5 to 0.75) for melee champion after level 10.
Unsealed Spellbook :
- Could upgrade your spell over the course of the game instead of giving spell shard to exchange spell with. Flash : Becomes Expert Flash at level 6. Expert flash have 33% more range. At level 11, Expert Flash becomes Ultimate flash. Ultimate flash have 33% more range and you can cast rebound flash in the next 6 seconds after using it. Rebound flash : is a flash with 50% less range than a normal flash.
Ignite : Becomes Super ignite at level 6. Super ignite duration is increased by 1 second each time you deal damage to the target up to a maximum of 3 extra seconds. Super ignite become Ultimate ignite at level 11. Ultimate ignite affect all the target nearby your target when you cast it, the duration of ultimate ignite is increased by 1 second (up to 3 seconds) every time you deals damage to affected target.
- Could also simply increase by a flat margins (Flash, 25% more range Ghost, 25% more duration Purge, 25% more tenacity Teleport, 25% less cast time Ignite, 25% more damage etc, ... )
