I don't get the honnor etc.

I have 3 accounts. 1 high elo acc one mid elo ( currently climbing on it ) and a low level smurf. I have not been getting any keys or rewards on my main account even tho i have proper attitude ( because i got money spent on it lul ) yet i get no honnor capsules or fragments.( Now and before season changes on honnor )

Meanwhile on my 2nd account where i tend to be toxic and i have a pretty negative attitude towards comebacks etc ( cause i'm not willing to play from behind unless i'm tryharding ) i'm bombarded with key fragments and occasional honnor capsules... like what gives?

I was honnor lvl 5 on the secondary account because of the honnor from carrying people and only level 4 on my main and that's honnors from normals lul.
