what bugs me about the champ is her ability to dash to you regardless of distance if you are marked

That's not really a problem though. She's got 3 seconds after she marks you to reactivate it, so unless you're someone like Kassadin who ulted twice, grabbed a Thresh lantern into a Ryze ult headed to your Fountain, you're probably not going to be getting that far away from her before she has to reactivate it for the dash.
