So far Season 6, Rengar still is strong as balls, and Kha'Zix is still pretty damn weak

I always saw these two champions as counterparts, hence the lore and hence the quest interaction. But Rengar is much, much, MUCH stronger than Kha'Zix. Rengar deletes people in .02 nanoseconds, meanwhile Kha'Zix gets perfectly countered by a lone minion or pet that makes him lose more than half his damage.

Slightly unequal. If Riot wants to keep the quest, they really need to change something about Kha'Zix or (which I rather they not) nerf Rengar to his level (seriously, don't). Because that quest is way too easy for Rengar to win.

Having Rengar rank 5 and spamming Kha'zix for about a week... I can testify. Kha'zix is shit. He's fun af but he's shit.

Are you serious, Kha'zix is weak? He ONESHOTS the isolated enemies like they were bugs. Also there are MANY counters for Rengar such as pink wards. CC (Croud Control), Rek'Sai, Darius, The new Spooky-Ghost item and VISION CONTROL OF THE MAP, going alone to your lane as an ADC is not cause of Rengar's Damage and stealth but cause you chose not to be with your team mates. It's not even Rengar himself, it's just death timer changes, vision changes, and AD itemization bringing back the squishies. If Riot did want to do something then they should take a look at all of these indirect buffs.

My issue with kha zix is his early game. holy crap its embarrasing to die the jungle buff camp early, but I cant seem to orbwalk properly from them (especially brumbleback). mid game he still struggles with fights. Late game he's pretty good. But holy crap, the new runes give him a starting ad of 66 (with 4 armor pen marks), while rango has 71 with the same rune page. Its kind of a fucked up "specialised" jungle situation like at the start of S5, where sustainers do a lot better than others. Cant imagine trying out eve right now...

I've done pretty well with him mid and top lane granted that is where I first played the bug and he's been my favorite and main since he came out shortly before I began playing league. In fact he was the main reason I got into the game in the first place. After all of that he is still very strong when played right but I do agree it takes a very high amount of skill to outplay your opponent rather than using strength within the champ itself. Once he gets rolling he's very hard to handle but that can be said about nearly any champion. Juking and dodging, subconsciously dodging cc and the like are just required to play well with him in any way. I love him to death and will continue to play him no matter his state and with the new season he seems to be okay with the transition from big juggernauts to squishier targets but still.

Funny enough, it used to be the opposite. When Kha was strong, he was so good that people didn't want to just jungle or top with him. He had the carry potential to be put mid.

The unbalance between Khazix and Rengar's power is compensated by Khazix getting a better reward.

I think Kha'Zix is ok right now, it's just that Rengar has far less counterplay which makes Kha in comparison seem weak. I don't know if Riot's buff to Kha's leap range isn't gonna make him a little too strong tbh.

I wish Rengar would lose part of his passive stacking upon death. I wouldn't push it to be a third or half like mejais but losing one or two stacks every time he dies. Quite honestly right now because of the way it works and how much it grants him at 20 stacks, if Rengar dies killing you by using his ultimate stupidly he still comes out ahead.

There is no reason to compare this 2 champs. Before the huge nerf Kha was better and less situational Then Rengar and none said nothing. Anyway I have to said that Kha'zix is in a real bad position: can oneshot an isolated target and deals less damage then a minion in a teamfight, this 2 part of his kit need to be balanced maybe giving him the possibility to gain the isolation buff using the R, which is a very good idea in my opinion. But pls don't compare this 2 champs because Kha'zix needs to be a valid option respect the league and not respect Rengar.
