I get it, you want to get views for worlds because of flashy plays but if I can't click on her then it is way too fast. Irelia is the same way. Obviously her shroud is a huge problem but her R? C'mon at least old Akali needed a unit to ult onto, current Akali allows for more flexibility on her end and if she gets caught out or messes up she has plenty of tools to get out. There is just too much power in her kit, there is no punishment for messing up.

Her W is like Yasuo's W, it will never be balanced unless gutted to the point of obscurity or rework into something else. It doesn't take 2 brain cells to foresee this kind of outcome just by looking at the spell's description, so why did they insist on putting this nonsense through and now we have to permanently deal with this utter crap of a "mechanic".

TekihcaN2 votesI agree..People love to quote her win rate but they need to mine the data on how many one on one battles was someone able to win against her. Of course they say "but..uhh..u just need some hard cc and she is dead"..lol..no..shroud coupled with her marks, healing by gunblade is actually broken as heck... Her win rate is low because she just cant team fight reliably if she faces a tanky team...but 1v1 she is unmatched.

Old Akali was compensated for having a point and click dash by having the ability to blow you the fuck up. It really isn’t a good thing you’re point it out to be.

Atlªs1 votesNo kill pressure? She doesn't need her ult for kill pressure. Her ult is practically overkill especially for how strong she is at level 2-5 without it.
Shroud gives her movement speed and energy regen for her to fight back. There is no punishment for using it incorrectly. She can even shuriken her shroud to dash to it lmao. Sweeper may reveal her location BUT I still can't do anything aside from (maybe) landing a spell to hit her doing negligible damage. I don't even know if I successfully cc'd her since her HP bar + debuff bar is hidden.
