I'd get Hextech Alistar but... Moo Cow has a bell as the dance and Hextech doesn't so when am I ever going to use Hextech Alistar? (BM in skins is important to me). I want to wait for Malzahar but I also like Poppy...

Also when is Hextech Malz released, I've been waiting all week :c

I wanted 10 gemstones for ages, but now I've got them it's like, which one do I get? Any suggestions/Reasons appreciated!
