obviously there has to be some sort of huge issue with him.. for him to get disabled but does ne1 know what it is?

i remember when Nidalee was disabled in 5.1 becuase pressing R reset all your cooldowns XD.

so obviously he has a huge bug... but does ne1 know what it is?

wouldnt disable xerath during his bug but disable ww 9

because the xerath bug needed a script and they wont disable someone because of a script

i flashed while running away to team and a warwick was able to Q from 500000 light years away onto me, he wasn't in the animation, he was still chasing me, so im assuming his Q range is broken in certain situations.

I was playing him before he was disabled, and went to Q onto someone. As they used an ability to get away, I still somehow Q'd and killed. Wasn't sure how it happened as it was a mess of a teamfight, so I just kept fighting, but they were raging in chat saying they were like 3 characters away. I took it as just whining and disregarded it, but it seems to correlate w what youre saying.

That effect was intended, holding his q will cause him to follow them when they use effects like dashes of flashes, meaning he can do that, and if a thresh lantern is used when he used q, he will go to thresh too. The issue is his q was working with teleport (summoner spell, his q should follow with every single spell except teleport, because he becomes immune to cc and attaches to said champ), and an old bug from January popped up again where he could drag baron around with q if he had guinsoo active.

the issue isn't him being in the process, or the enemy flashed too late, its him being able to cast it after someone has already used a mobility spell and has left his cast range.

His q has a .25 sec cast time, spells used in that count are treated as if he is attached, so he still follows.

correct, but thats not what im saying. he was able to start casting the abilitiy, after someone had left his range.

There is the illusion of him casting it after you flash because of that short delay, there is a .15 sec delay before he starts moving, included in the .25 sec cast time

Beats me, and he's my main jg. Really annoying.

I believe this is the reason why. As you can see from the video, WW can jump onto people that are in an untargetable state (I'm not so sure about the Zac one though). I know that WW can stick to people with his Q, but i don't think it was intended for untargetable champions. It also seems as WW's ult has some weird positioning if he hits J4 mid-dash.

CAPS LOCK BECAUSE I KNOW THE ANWSER: WW is disabled because he causes games to crash and disappear from existence. If u were playing ww occasionaly in a game u would get attemping to reconnect and would have no reconnect button and the game wouldn't be in ur history, happened twice to me personaly.

I don't think that has to do with warwick, that happened to me in a ranked game as Ezreal yesterday.
