Placement Games

Ok seriously what gives?

Ok the other day i made a post about a Loss Prevented Game counting towards a loss in one of my placement games. So i was sitting at 6-3 waiting for a response from riot.

I finally got a response and they said that even though my record showed 6-3, that the loss prevented game would not count. So it would drop that game and only count the other 9 for my placement.

So i just finished my last placement which i finished 7-2 for my games counting for placement.

So how does this come out to me starting at rock bottom in B5?

Now I wasnt expecting Silver or anything higher than that but B5? Not even B4?

If B5 is the lowest of the low and i finished 7-2 for my games that counted. Is this saying that the majority of people that play this game will finish their 10 placement games with less than 2 losses?
